Return Policy

• In Store Return/Exchange (FREE) - Bring your online return by the Mount Pleasant, SC location for free. 
• Ship to Store Return - If you would like to ship your items back to our store in order to be returned, you can email info@shopsxc.com to give your order information and request a return. You will be refunded to the original form of payment or given store credit if the original form of payment is not able to be refunded.

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
• Merchandise must NOT be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
• All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sale items are final sale and can not be returned.

SXC is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. We recommend you mail your return with a tracking number for your records.

• Please allow up to 5 business days after your package has been delivered to us for your return to be processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from SXC.
